You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unworn and unused;
• tried on indoors only;
• in their original condition and packaging.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns should be sent to our EU returns address in Poland. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to different return conditions.
